Lam Dong - In just a few days, at the potholed bend, on Pass B40 (Lam Dong), there were 2 overturned trucks carrying durian.

On B40 Pass, through Bao Lam 5 Commune (Lam Dong), a truck carrying durian has just overturned.

The incident occurred at around 7:00 p.m. on September 10. At that time, a truck carrying durian with a Dong Thap province license plate was traveling on Provincial Road 725 in the direction from Bao Lam 4 commune to Bao Lam 5 commune. When reaching B40 Pass and entering a gentle turn on the pass, the truck lost control, crashed into the guardrail and crashed into the embankment, overturning. Fortunately, the traffic accident did not cause any human casualties.

After the accident, the authorities of Bao Lam 5 commune and the Traffic Police of Lam Dong province were present to regulate and ensure traffic safety on Pass B40; at the same time, rescue and clearance work was deployed at the scene of the accident.

Previously, on September 6, right at the above-mentioned crab crab, there was also a overturned truck carrying durian.

This pass is more than 10 km long, one way down to Con O Pass through Da Teh commune, back to National Highway 20. The remaining route connects to National Highway 28 through Gia Nghia (old Dak Nong). Recently, traffic accidents on B40 Pass have tended to increase.

According to a survey by the authorities, there are 6 black spots on Pass B40 with many potential shortcomings at risk of traffic accidents that need to be overcome and handled to ensure traffic safety.

On the other hand, B40 Pass currently does not have a street lighting system, causing many difficulties for traffic participants to cross the pass at night.
