On the afternoon of August 19, Mr. Nguyen Dang Giap, Director of the Central Highlands General Hospital (Dak Lak province), said that the hospital had a quick report on the injury situation of the victims in the passenger bus overturn that occurred in the province.
"Currently, there are no victims in danger of death. We are focusing on human resources to treat the victims, said Mr. Giap.
According to the report of the Central Highlands General Hospital, the hospital has received 15 victims involved in the passenger bus overturning.

Of which, 5 victims suffered fractures of the ribs at different degrees. The victim N.T.Y had a crushed right forearm, had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a third of his arm from the knee.
The victim P.T.T had a completely crushed right hand and had to have surgery to remove 4 toes of the injured hand.
Other victims suffered injuries of different degrees such as: fractures of the collarbone, head, chest, shoulder injuries, pulmonary embolism...
According to the hospital, most of the victims of the passenger bus overturn were in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, two victims with minor injuries have been discharged from the hospital. 4 other cases requested to be transferred to a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City for treatment.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of August 19, in Krong Buk Commune (Dak Lak), a passenger bus carrying 46 people overturned, injuring many passengers.
The car with license plate 50H-550.xx was traveling on Ho Chi Minh Road when it suddenly plunged into the side and overturned. People and authorities had to use beng saws to break the glass to get the victims out.
