Faced with the heavy damage caused by floods in the Central region, many organizations, individuals, businesses, volunteer groups... have donated and provided emergency support to people in flooded areas. Among them, PNJ Company has implemented an emergency support program for disadvantaged people and policy families affected by floods in Hue and Da Nang.
Accordingly, PNJ presented 1,000 gifts, each worth 400,000 VND, through the "0 VND mini supermarket" model at locations allocated by the local Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
On November 5, the 0 VND Supermarket was held in Hue, PNJ coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Loc Commune to organize a program for 500 households.
In Da Nang, PNJ coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Ban Ward to present 500 gifts on November 6 at the Dien Phuong Ward Police Headquarters (Triem Trung 2, Dien Ban Ward, Da Nang). The implementation resource comes from the voluntary contributions of PNJ staff, with a total initial estimated budget of nearly 500 million VND.

At the " mini supermarket 0 VND" points, people will receive free shopping vouchers worth 400,000 VND, used to choose essential goods, essential foods and household items that suit the actual needs of the family.
The households supported are policy families, poor, near-poor households and households in especially difficult circumstances affected by floods. The list is reviewed and proposed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees in wards and communes.
PNJ will closely coordinate with localities in the stages of organizing, operating, coordinating goods, and arranging human resources to ensure that the support is provided to the right people, to the right needs, and is done thoughtfully and effectively.
Previously, in October 2025, PNJ implemented the "0 VND mini supermarket" program in some northern localities that suffered heavy damage due to storms and floods. Hundreds of households have had access to timely support sources and the love and sharing of the community, contributing to helping people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon.
0 VND mini supermarket is a typical initiative in PNJ's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, initiated in 2021. After 4 years of implementation, the program has accompanied hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged people across the country.
From the COVID-19 pandemic to the Lunar New Year, the model has become a practical support for the community. In 2025, PNJ will bring the supermarket model to disaster-affected areas for the first time, marking a flexible and rapid expansion of a humanitarian initiative - continuing to promote the value of sharing in all circumstances.
