The project of the access road from Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway to VSIP Industrial Park through Ho Son Commune (Huu Lung, Lang Son) has a total investment of 193 billion VND. Implementation period is from 2022 - 2025.
According to PV's records at the beginning of February 2025, the branch roads connecting to the highway with a length of 4.5km are currently mostly paved with asphalt.
Inside the project, railings and lighting equipment have been fully installed, ensuring safety for people and vehicles in traffic.
Some other items such as roadside embankments and installation of highway fence frames are waiting for the construction unit to complete.
As a resident whose house is near the VSIP Lang Son industrial park connection road project, Ms. Nong Kim Huyen (Huu Lung) shared that since the road was deployed, local people have been looking forward to the road's early completion.
"When the new route is put into use, traffic will certainly be smooth, and transporting goods will also be more convenient and faster. Thanks to that, it will bring many opportunities for local economic development, and people will also benefit greatly," Ms. Huyen added.
According to local people, if the road is completed and put into use, it will attract many businesses to invest, creating more jobs. It will contribute significantly to improving the material and spiritual life of people in the area.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Bui Cong Thang - Director of Huu Lung District Land Fund Development Center said that up to now, the road project connecting to VSIP industrial park has been basically completed, with progress reaching more than 98% of the volume.
The project implementation process encountered some difficulties and problems in resettlement for people whose land was recovered. Currently, the locality is waiting for a solution to speed up the progress and complete the project according to the plan.
This is a key project of Lang Son province. When completed, it will help improve traffic infrastructure and make transportation more convenient, thereby attracting investors and creating momentum for economic development.

VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park has a total investment of 6,361 billion VND, the investor is Vietnam - Singapore Urban and Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, and started construction in June 2024.
The project has the largest investment scale in Lang Son province, deployed on an area of 600 hectares in two communes: Ho Son and Hoa Thang, of Huu Lung district.
When completed, the project is expected to open up opportunities for breakthroughs in economic and social development, attract investment, and create jobs for about 40,000 workers.
