According to Lao Dong's records on May 31, most of the works within the site clearance area of the Tu Lien bridge project and the access road in alley 310 Nghi Tam street (Hong Ha ward) have basically been dismantled.
In this area, many machines are urgently mobilized to dismantle the remaining works, and at the same time move waste to create a clean ground for the construction unit to implement the project.
A service road has also been formed, connecting from Nghi Tam road to the Red River bank, making the travel of workers and machinery serving the project convenient.
Up to now, construction work is being implemented by contractors in the intersection area with Nghi Tam road and the Red River, Duong River and East Anh area.

Witnessing many works in the area being dismantled to serve the project, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (a resident living in alley 310 Nghi Tam, Hong Ha ward) said that many people agree with the policy of implementing the Tu Lien bridge project because this is an important infrastructure project of the Capital.
Although many households have to relocate and give up land for the project, everyone understands that the bridge in the future will help connect traffic more conveniently, reduce pressure on existing bridges and create motivation for the development of the Red River riverside area" - Mr. Hoa said.
People like him hope that the project will be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality to be put into use soon.

Started in May 2025, the Tu Lien bridge and access road project has a length of about 5.15 km, connecting from the Nghi Tam road intersection (Hong Ha and Tay Ho wards) to the Truong Sa road intersection (Dong Anh commune).
This is a group A project, with a total investment of about 19,830 billion VND (including 3 component projects for site clearance and 1 construction investment project).
The total area of land recovered for project implementation is 62.51 ha.
In Hong Ha ward alone, the recovered area is more than 29 hectares, related to 732 land plots, including residential land, agricultural land, alluvial land, median land and land of organizations.
The Tu Lien bridge and access road project is expected to be completed in 2027.
