On the afternoon of November 27, the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City organized a meeting with Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Nhuong, Vice Chairman of Lien Chieu District People's Committee said: "When Thanh Thuy won the title of Miss Vietnam 2022, we were very proud, but when she won the title of Miss International 2024, not only her family and friends but also the locality was very excited. We asked the District Culture - Sports Center to print banners and posters about Miss Thanh Thuy to show the spirit of the local people."
Mr. Nhuong also hopes that Miss Thanh Thuy will make efforts to promote the image of the people and land of Lien Chieu district in particular and Da Nang city in general.
Miss Thanh Thuy also expressed her joy and emotion when she was warmly welcomed by leaders, local people and teachers at this meeting.
"Today, I would like to give 100 gifts and the 10 million VND reward that I just received to the poor and disadvantaged people. I hope that these gifts will be the motivation for the people here to have more health and motivation in life," Miss Thanh Thuy shared.
