At about 1:30 pm on May 28, a fire suddenly broke out at the house of Mr. Lo Van Tuong in Lang Hat village, Nam Lau commune.
Hot weather caused the fire to break out quickly, burning down many assets and household items in the house.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces coordinated with people in the village to urgently arrive to deploy firefighting, preventing the fire from spreading.

By about 2 pm, the fire was basically under control.
According to initial verification, the fire did not cause any casualties. The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit. Mr. Lo Van Tuong's family is classified as a poor household in the commune.
At the scene, Mr. Cam Bun Loc - Chairman of Nam Lau Commune People's Committee - requested specialized agencies to urgently visit and support the affected families to soon stabilize their lives.
