On the morning of September 10th, Mr. Tran Nam Thuan - Chairman of Ta Dung Commune People's Committee said that the locality has notified students at some branches and school sites belonging to Le Loi Primary School and Hoa Cuc Kindergarten to temporarily take leave from school due to prolonged rain causing flooding and traffic disruption.

Accordingly, students at branches and school points in Dak R'Mang 1 and Dak R'Mang 2 villages will be temporarily suspended from school from September 10 until further notice.
In recent days, heavy rain has caused many areas in the commune to be flooded. Some road sections in Dak R'Mang 1 and Dak R'Mang 2 villages are deeply flooded, cut off, posing a risk of unsafety for students, parents and teachers when going to school.

Ta Dung Commune People's Committee requests schools to promptly notify parents and students; recommend not to take children through deeply flooded areas, fast-flowing water or areas at risk of landslides.
Schools proactively plan to make up for teaching when the weather and traffic are stable.
For students in other areas, if the road from home to school is not safe, parents are advised to proactively notify teachers to let their children take a break from school.
At the same time, functional forces of Ta Dung commune were mobilized to support people in flooded areas.

Previously, on September 9, the Military Command of the commune coordinated with forces to support people to move through flooded areas, bring vehicles through flooded road sections and guide people to avoid dangerous locations.
Faced with the complicated developments of rain and floods, local authorities recommend that people limit going through deep flooded areas, fast-flowing water, bridges, culverts or places at risk of landslides; proactively monitor weather warnings to ensure safety.
