The accident happened at about 3:30 pm on February 4, on the Bai Dinh - Kim Son dike road (belonging to Village 11, Khanh Trung commune, Ninh Binh province).
At the above time, a training truck with license plate: 35A-547. 02, driven by Mr. N.B. Y, born in 2003, residing in Chat Binh commune, Ninh Binh province (Mr. Y is a trainee learning to drive), also on the cabin was Mr. V.V.T, born in 1984, residing in Phat Diem commune, Ninh Binh province (driving instructor), traveling in the direction of Chat Binh commune to Khanh Thien commune.
When arriving at hamlet 11, Khanh Trung commune, it suddenly collided with a car with license plate: 35A-444. 92, driven by Mr. T.Q. T, born in 1970, residing in Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province, traveling in front (in the same direction).
The collision caused the truck driven by Mr. Y to lose control and continue to collide with the drainage culvert on the right side of the road, causing the concrete roof above the culvert to collapse and crush the cabin of the truck driven by Mr. Y.
The consequence of the accident was that Mr. T, sitting in the truck cabin, died on the spot. Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by the functional forces of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.
