On the morning of May 11, at the 2nd session, the People's Council (HĐND) of Dong Thap province passed resolutions on personnel for 3 Boards under the 11th HĐND.
Accordingly, through the Legal Affairs Committee of the 11th Provincial People's Council, there are 2 Deputy Heads including: Ms. Phan Thi Phuong and Mr. To Minh Thuan. Mr. Nguyen Van Nghiem is a full-time People's Council delegate. The Committee has 11 members who are part-time People's Council delegates including: Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Kien Cuong, Nguyen Thi Hien, Nguyen Ngoc Hieu, Nguyen Thi My Nuong, Le Van Diem Phuc, Nguyen Thanh Phuc, Huynh Van Tan, Nguyen Van Thay, Nguyen Cao Thang, Phan Van Thuong and Tran Cong Viet.
For the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the 2 Deputy Heads are Mr. Phan Quang Chau and Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan. Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hong is a full-time People's Council delegate. The Committee has 9 concurrent members including: Mr. and Mrs. Vu Huy Giap, Le Thi My Hien, Nguyen Huu Loi, Le Ha Luan, Vo Phuong Thuy, Pham Thi Mai Tien, Tran Minh Trung, Nguyen Kim Tuyen and Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui.
Meanwhile, the Culture - Society Committee of the Provincial People's Council has 2 Deputy Heads, Mr. Huynh Thanh Hien and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Van. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thinh is a full-time People's Council delegate. 9 concurrent members of the Committee include: Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Truong Tan Dat, Tran Thanh Hai, Phan Hung Manh, Vo Thi Hong Nhung, Nguyen Minh Ngoc, Bui Thai Son, Huynh Minh Thuc and Le Quang Tri.
The above resolutions were approved by the Dong Thap Provincial People's Council of the XI term at the 2nd Session and take effect from April 1, 2026.
