On August 22, the authorities of the People's Committee of Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City went down to verify and find a way to resolve the case of nearly 100 families in Ho Chi Minh City living in darkness.
On the same morning, speaking with reporters, the leader of Tan Khanh Ward People's Committee said that the power will be restored to the people at noon and the people will have power again. The solution is: in the immediate future, the ward People's Committee will use the money to pay the electricity bill to connect the people back to the village. After that, we will continue to work with the people to pay back.
The authorities are also working to verify who is elected by the people to collect electricity bills and pay them to the electricity company. However, this person did not fulfill his responsibility, left the house, and people searched for him but could not find him.

Previously, on the evening of August 21, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that nearly 100 houses had been without power for 3 consecutive days in Khanh Long Quarter, Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the residents, families bought land in this area to divide into plots and use a common book. To pay for electricity, the people elected Mr. P.A.T to collect the money to pay the electricity seller. This month, people paid P.A.T, but this person did not pay to the electricity seller.
On August 19, 2 people went down to cut off the power at the main bridge. This caused nearly 100 families in the land buying area to have no power.

People came to Mr. T's house but could not find him, and his relatives said they did not know where Mr. T went. According to records, nearly 100 households in the small road lost power and were dark.
People live in darkness and hardship. During the day, it is very hot, at night it is as dark as squid. My children are preparing for the new school year but there is no electricity for studying. All the food in the refrigerator was damaged.
