In his opening speech, Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade - emphasized: The city is accelerating the implementation of energy-saving and energy-saving solutions according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Decision No. 280/QD-TTg and Directive No. 20/CT-TTg. The goal is to mobilize maximum investment resources, complete the power grid system to meet the electricity growth rate of 7.1%, reduce the power loss rate to below 3.6%, save at least 2.2% of total electricity consumption, in which agencies, units and enterprises must save at least 5%.
ENTECH HANOI 2025 is organized under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology for Energy-efficient and Efficient Use, and the support of the Korean Ministry of Environment and the city of Busan.
Within the framework of the fair, the Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee and related units to organize the "Vietnam Energy Transition Forum 2025", along with many thematic seminars such as: battery technology, energy storage, green industry development, efficient energy transition, sustainable development... In addition, the Vietnam - Korea - China trade forum attracted nearly 100 participating businesses, creating opportunities for connecting, demonstrating technology, transferring knowledge and finding investment partners.
During the 3 days of the event, ENTECH HANOI 2025 is not only a place to display products but also a series of promotional activities, spreading policies and solutions to develop the energy - environmental technology market in Vietnam. The event contributes to expanding international cooperation in scientific research, receiving advanced technology, mobilizing investment capital and promoting the transfer of energy-saving technology, reducing emissions.
After 15 times of organization, ENTECH HANOI has increasingly affirmed its role in promoting specific actions on energy-saving and efficient use, contributing to the implementation of the Law on Energy-saving and efficient Use, restructuring the energy sector towards green growth and sustainable development.
ENTECH HANOI was first held in 2009. The fair focuses on introducing products and technologies in the field of Energy and Environment, attracting the attention and participation of domestic and international enterprises. Over the years of organization, the Fair has been assessed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as the largest fair nationwide in the field of energy and environment.
