On February 28, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, for the 25B road upgrade project from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51, currently the handed-over land area has reached about 70% of the total area. The project implementation value currently reaches about 44% of the signed contract value.
The project to upgrade road 25B from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51 is more than 9 km long, with a total investment of 1,493 billion VND, started in December 2024.
The above project, along with the provincial road 25C construction project (from Huong Lo 19 to National Highway 51), are projects implemented by Dong Nai with the aim of connecting traffic from Long Thanh airport to Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the plan, provincial roads 25B and 25C will connect Long Thanh airport through National Highway 51 to the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3 HCMC, reducing the load on the HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway.
Previously, the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board also proposed to accelerate the site clearance progress of the 25B road upgrade project from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51 to be put into operation in 2026, connecting Long Thanh airport and Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the progress, compensation and site clearance for the project to upgrade road 25B from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51 will be completed in March 2026.
