For the Long Thanh airport phase 1 project, ministries, agencies, especially ACV, need to urgently review the remaining workload, develop detailed plans, and organize reasonable and scientific construction to ensure project completion in the first half of 2026.
Be responsible to the Party, Government, Prime Minister and people for the progress, quality, and safety of the project. The principle is to strictly handle violations according to the law and not to cause congestion in the project implementation process.
Regarding works and projects serving APEC, the Prime Minister requested Hanoi City and Bac Ninh province to accelerate the approval of the feasibility study report (FSR) of the Gia Binh airport connecting road project in February 2026 to soon deploy construction, meeting the schedule according to the plan.
An Giang province directs investors to strictly control quality, labor safety, and organize reasonable construction to accelerate the progress of the Phu Quoc Airport expansion and upgrade project, and soon complete and put it into operation.
The Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Construction direct the project investor to urgently complete the procedures for approving the SC of the project in February 2026 to soon deploy the Gia Binh Airport project to meet the schedule according to the plan.
Cao Bang, Phu Tho, Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau provinces urgently complete procedures to approve investment policies for expressway projects in the province such as: Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project (Km0 - Km19), Bac Kan - Cao Bang expressway...; strive to complete in the first quarter of 2026.
Ho Chi Minh City urgently completes the investor selection of component project 1 (DATP) of the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai project, to be completed in April 2026.
Bac Ninh province urgently completes procedures to hand over the remaining site of DATP3 Ring Road 4 in Hanoi Capital region in the first quarter of 2026.
Hanoi and the provinces of Bac Ninh, An Giang, Dong Thap, Vinh Long shall, based on the provisions of law, immediately implement the licensing of exploitation and capacity increase of conventional construction material mines according to specific mechanisms to ensure the source of roadbed filling materials for the Ring Road 4 project in the Hanoi Capital region, the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang and My Thuan - Can Tho expressway projects to ensure that it does not affect the progress of the projects.
People's Committees of provinces with expressway projects passing through coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to drastically direct relevant agencies and units to ensure security and safety, and promptly take measures to prevent and strictly handle acts of property theft at construction sites and projects.
