In the early morning of October 27, the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station issued an urgent notice stating that the water flow into reservoirs in the province increased significantly.
At 4:00 a.m. on October 27, the flow to Ta Trach Lake reached 6,728 m3/s, Binh Dien Lake 3,821 m3/s, Huong Dien Lake 2,631 m3/s. The reservoirs are increasing the flow to the downstream, causing the water level of the Huong and Bo rivers to continue to rise.
It is expected that by 10:00 a.m. on the same day, the water level of the two rivers will exceed alert level 3, of which alert level 3 on the Huong River is 3.5m, and the Bo River is 4.5m.
Faced with the complicated developments of floods, on the evening of October 26, the People's Committee of Hoa Chau Ward directed the police and military forces to put up warning signs, place barriers at deeply flooded areas, and organize the evacuation of 48 households with 73 people to safety.

Shock troops, militia and rescue vehicles were mobilized and were on duty 24/7, ready to respond. The work of protecting life, property, crops and livestock is being urgently deployed.
At the same time, Mr. Tran Van Minh Quan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Chan May - Lang Co commune said that the locality had urgently evacuated 28 households in Phu Gia, Tho Son, Thuy Yen Thuong villages on the night of October 26 to prevent the risk of landslides.
People are allowed to move to relatives' houses or high, safe places. The commune also put up warning signs in areas with deep, fast-flowing water, organized duty shifts, closely monitored flood situations and proactively prepared rescue plans when situations arose.
