According to the Hung Yen Provincial e-Portal, on September 10, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with departments and branches on the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030 from the local budget of Hung Yen province; the plan to allocate capital sources to implement national target programs and the plan to organize a conference to announce the Hung Yen Provincial Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
According to the report of the Department of Finance, the total planned public investment capital of the local budget for the 5-year period 2026 - 2030 is expected to be more than 232,592 billion VND, from centralized budget sources, lottery, Hanoi city budget to support the province, collect land use fees and surplus sources, increase revenue, and transfer budget sources for public investment.
It is expected that the capital source managed by the province will be about 180,271 billion VND, focusing on investment preparation, planning tasks, site clearance; programs and tasks of the province and projects in order of priority.
In which, priority is given to allocating capital for completed projects, transitional projects, projects that have been approved for investment policy and some newly started projects, including projects to build high schools according to model models.
Also at the working session, delegates listened to and gave opinions on the plan to organize a conference to announce the planning of Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. It is expected that the conference will be held on September 24 and 25, 2026 at the Provincial Convention Center.
Up to now, the preparation for the conference is being urgently implemented by departments, branches, and related units. Programs, scripts, conference space, videos introducing potentials, advantages, investment opportunities and Provincial Planning, planning models, projection systems and conference service conditions are being completed.
Giving directing opinions on this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen requested agencies and units to continue reviewing and completing the program, script and contents serving the conference in a solemn, professional, modern, practical, and impressive direction; ensuring unity and synchronization between content and form of expression.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, event organizing units and relevant agencies to fully absorb opinions, urgently complete the preparation contents; pay attention to the quality of images, videos, planning models, decoration, celebration, reception of delegates, presentation and conference service conditions.
The assigned units proactively coordinate, ensure progress and quality, and organize conferences to announce the Provincial Plan carefully and effectively, contributing to introducing the potential, advantages, development orientation and investment opportunities of Hung Yen province.
