The People's Committee of Hung Yen province is implementing many solutions to ensure living and working conditions for cadres, civil servants and public employees after the merger of the province.
Through the actual inspection of locations that can be temporarily used for housing, Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy requested relevant units to coordinate with the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to urgently review, compile statistics on the current situation, implement repairs and upgrades, and best ensure initial living conditions for cadres, civil servants and public employees who need housing.
The Provincial People's Committee Office is assigned to coordinate with departments and branches to specifically count the number of people in need, thereby advising on reasonable arrangement plans suitable to reality.
According to the provincial Department of Construction, up to now, 4 locations for public housing with a total of 297 rooms have been reviewed and proposed, with the ability to arrange about 856 people. Specifically including: student housing area in Hung Yen city area; dormitory of Hung Yen Community College; dormitory of Nguyen Van Linh Political School; Provincial Farmers' Support Center. These are locations that can basically meet the initial housing needs of cadres, civil servants and public employees after the merger.
Regarding means of transportation, up to this point, 22 agencies and units have arranged public vehicles or contract vehicles to serve cadres, civil servants and public employees from the old Thai Binh province to work in the new Hung Yen province. In the coming time, the province will also deploy additional high-quality bus routes, creating more convenient travel options, helping officials and workers feel secure in their work.
This is one of the key tasks that Hung Yen province has strongly directed, aiming to stabilize the lives and create favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the initial stage of implementing the government model after the merger.
