On March 18, Mr. Le Quang Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - went to inspect the site and worked on the progress of the Van Giang Industrial Park project - phase 1 in Nghia Tru commune.
The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Van Giang Industrial Park has a total recovered area of about 275.3ha, related to 2,068 households with 4,168 land plots. In which, phase 1 is implemented on an area of 203.55ha.
Over the past time, Nghia Tru Commune People's Committee has coordinated with the investor and departments and branches of the province to promote propaganda and organize people's meetings in 9 villages to disseminate the policy of land recovery. At the same time, the locality is conducting a review and ownership of 1,249 land plots with a total area of nearly 120ha. Currently, the investor is completing the environmental impact assessment report and feasibility study report according to regulations.

However, the site clearance deployment process still faces some difficulties, especially in determining the origin of land use, reviewing, ownership, and carrying out procedures for recovery, compensation, and support.
At the working session, delegates discussed and clarified the implementation progress; pointed out existing shortcomings and limitations and proposed solutions to remove them in order to accelerate the project progress. In the coming time, departments, branches and localities will continue to coordinate and focus on completing measurements, determining area, reviewing, and assigning ownership for about 70ha of priority site clearance areas.
At the same time, publicize diagrams and lists of landlords; organize inventory of land and assets on land, ensuring compliance with regulations, creating consensus among the people.
Speaking to direct, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Quang Hoa emphasized that Van Giang Industrial Park is a project that plays an important role in attracting investment and promoting economic restructuring of the province. Therefore, departments, branches and localities need to identify this as a key task, focusing highly on site clearance.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Nghia Tru commune to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people in the project area; closely coordinate with relevant units to review dossiers, ensure accurate identification of land origin; implement public and transparent compensation and support plans according to regulations.
For investors, it is necessary to proactively coordinate and urgently complete procedures on investment, environment, fire prevention and fighting to soon implement the next steps.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to assign specialized officials to support localities in the work of measuring, determining area, reviewing, assigning ownership and building land price frames. The Provincial Industrial Zones Authority strengthens monitoring, inspection, urging, and supporting investors; promptly advising the Provincial People's Committee to remove arising difficulties and obstacles.
