On July 3, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, inspected and urged the progress of the infrastructure project and warehouse of the International Logistics Center.
The infrastructure project and warehouse of Bac Giang International Logistics Center has a total area of nearly 67 hectares in Song Khe Industrial Park, Tien Phong ward; the scale of goods storage services reaches 700,000 trips/year.
Currently, the project has basically completed the technical infrastructure, put into operation a multi-functional warehouse with a total area of 246 thousand m2 and is completing the additional 42,000 m2 warehouse, outdoor warehouse and technical infrastructure area, parking lot.
In 2025, the investor strives to start construction and complete the construction of the remaining subdivisions in phase 1 of the project and some office buildings, commercial services.
Through an actual inspection of the infrastructure project and warehouse of the Bac Giang International Logistics Center, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan said that this is a fairly new field and is of great importance to the development of the industrial and service sector of Bac Ninh province in the future.
Therefore, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan hopes to lead the business to develop the Center into a model, a model with a large scale, a key area for goods transit with inter-regional characteristics.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant units to review and carefully study the planning idea, propose a plan to adjust the detailed planning and the overall traffic development plan, ensuring a strategic vision to connect with Gia Binh airport and important traffic units to maximize the functions of the Logistics Center.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed with the proposal of the enterprise to build a service road in front of the Logistics Center project using the enterprise's capital.
After the enterprise completes the construction of this route, it needs to hand it over to the government to manage the traffic infrastructure.
