At the same time, it is required to ensure advertising aesthetics and order in the area; strengthen propaganda work, guide organizations, individuals, and business establishments to comply with legal regulations on advertising; and report implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the responsibility to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones according to their functions and tasks to proactively inspect, regularly maintain supervision work, promptly detect and strictly handle violations of regulations on advertising in the locality.
Recently, there have been a situation where some restaurants, eateries, and service establishments in the province - especially the route from Cam Ranh airport to the center of Nha Trang - have hung signs, signs printed with images, and logos promoting online betting games.
This not only violates legal regulations but also affects urban aesthetics.
The fact that the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee continues to direct the handling shows the determination to restore advertising order, contributing to preventing disguised promotions for illegal online gambling activities, while maintaining the civilized and clean image of the locality.
