On October 22, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned departments and branches to urgently review and propose plans to restructure professional processes, reduce records, and synchronously integrate administrative documents of people and businesses into the VNeID application, to be completed before November 2025.
According to the direction, the Provincial People's Committee Office is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and relevant departments, branches and sectors to urgently review, evaluate and propose recommendations to ministries and sectors to restructure professional processes, reduce the content of documents for 324 administrative procedures integrated on the VNeID application to replace physical documents.
In addition, units must also review 196 administrative procedures that are exploiting data from ministries and branches to continue to simplify and reduce procedures.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Police are assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to advise and recommend the Ministry of Public Security to deploy solutions to integrate and share the results of handling electronic administrative procedures for organizations and individuals via the VNeID application, to be completed in October 2025.

The Provincial People's Committee also requires departments, branches and sectors to coordinate with the Department of Justice and the Department of Finance to review, advise the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council or propose competent authorities to amend, supplement and promulgate regulations on the issuance of 31 essential documents of individuals and 8 essential documents of organizations and enterprises via the VNeID application.
Accordingly, these types of documents will only be issued physical copies when citizens request them, and at the same time, fees related to printing, production, and issuance of physical documents will be waived.
The authorities are assigned to study the plan and roadmap to integrate 578 types of documents (including 188 types of individuals and 390 types of organizations) into the VNeID application, according to the list of proposals of the Ministry of Public Security, to be completed in November 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee disseminates that cadres, civil servants and public employees are not required to present documents integrated on VNeID or in connected and shared databases when performing administrative procedures. At the same time, units must propagate so that people and businesses can proactively check, synchronize and integrate documents into VNeID accounts to serve transactions, ensuring convenience, speed and transparency.
