On May 5, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that it has a plan to survey and collect assessments from people, organizations, businesses and a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees on the results of administrative reform (AR) for the period 2021 - 2025 and orientation for the period 2026 - 2030.
Accordingly, the survey content consists of 2 parts: assessing the current status of the province's administrative reform work in the period of 2021 - 2025 and expectations and wishes in the period of 2026 - 2030.
The survey subjects include people, organizations, businesses, cadres, civil servants, and public employees working at state administrative agencies in the province.
The survey form is mainly conducted online. The content and methods of participation will be widely disseminated on mass media, in order to facilitate all individuals who want to participate.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province also directed the sending of survey content via email to customers who have used public services and online public services in 2025.
The survey is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
The survey results are expected to objectively and comprehensively reflect the level of satisfaction and recognition from the community for the reform efforts of local governments in the past 5 years.
On that basis, the province will clearly identify the goals, tasks and key solutions for the next phase of CCHC, in accordance with local realities and the general orientation of the Government.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to be the unit to implement the survey plan; preside over the development of form form form, organize implementation and summarize report results.
Agencies, units and localities are responsible for closely coordinating, actively propagating and mobilizing cadres, civil servants and public employees to participate in the assessment; directing the One-stop Department to promote communication to people according to the instructions of the Department of Home Affairs.
