On July 2, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish specialized agencies of the Provincial Party, and appointed key personnel to these agencies. The decisions take effect from July 1, 2025.
Accordingly, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee was established, with Mr. Lam Dong as Head of the Committee, along with 3 Deputy Heads of the Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee is headed by Mr. Luong Duc Hai, along with 4 Deputy Heads.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee was reorganized, with Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc as Chairman and 3 Deputy Chairmen.
The Provincial Party Committee Office is headed by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, along with 4 Deputy Chiefs of Office.
Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Station are merged into a unified media agency. Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang was appointed Editor-in-Chief, along with 5 Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Political School is headed by Ms. Luu Hong Van, along with 3 Vice Principals.

The Provincial Military Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary is Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary.
The Provincial Police Party Committee, Major General Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of the Provincial Police holds the position of Party Secretary.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Secretary is Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
The Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation holds the position of Party Secretary.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated the cadres who were appointed and appointed to new positions. He requested agencies and units to urgently perfect the human resources apparatus, ensuring procedures, democracy, publicity and the right people at work.
He also requested the leaders of agencies to re-evaluate the results of task implementation in the past 5 years, clearly pointing out the shortcomings and limitations to find solutions to overcome and orient for the next 5 years.
