Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document to the Provincial People's Council, proposing to issue a Resolution to terminate the investment policy in the construction of military command headquarters (CHQS) and permanent militia housing projects in communes and wards.
According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, to comply with the project to reorganize and reorganize administrative units at all levels, build a model of local government at both levels and organize local military in the direction of "streamlining, compactness, and strength".
In addition, the investment in the construction of projects with headquarters of the Military Command and permanent militia housing in communes and wards needs to be adjusted in many contents such as: project name, construction location, scale, total investment and implementation time compared to the policy approved by the Provincial People's Council.
At the same time, the termination of investment policies is expected to bring higher financial, economic and social efficiency, contributing to avoiding waste of the state budget.
Therefore, continuing to implement these projects is no longer suitable for the current situation.
If approved, the new Resolution will abolish 34 previous Resolutions, officially terminate the investment policy for the headquarters of the Military Command and the permanent militia housing projects in communes and wards.
