Initial information, at around 9:30 a.m. the same day, a scrap warehouse of hundreds of square meters located in alley 1, Hai Ba Trung street, Dong Hoa ward, Di An city suddenly caught fire.
When they discovered the fire, people quickly tried to put it out but failed. The warehouse contained many flammable materials such as paper and scrap metal, so the fire spread very quickly.
The fire then spread to a sewing machine warehouse next door. The incident was reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the news, Di An City Fire Police mobilized many fire trucks and officers and soldiers to the scene.
Because the fire occurred at the end of a small alley, it was difficult to approach and extinguish the fire.
The fire has now been completely extinguished. The fire did not cause any human casualties, but two warehouses collapsed and many machines were damaged.
Authorities are currently investigating the fire.
