On July 30, recorded on Hung Vuong street (section passing through Binh Duong ward), the construction unit is carrying out geological survey drilling to build railway line No. 01 (Binh Duong new city - Suoi Tien).
The geological survey drilling point is carried out on the median strip on the left side of Hung Vuong street. This is a road with 12 lanes, about 5.5 km long.
Geospherical exploration drilling activities at the site are an important step to collect accurate technical data, as a basis for calculating the optimal foundation structure plan for the Binh Duong - Suoi Tien new city railway project.
The survey construction closely follows the traffic axis of Hung Vuong street, DX 01 street and My Phuoc - Tan Van street. It is expected that the drilling survey will be carried out in 1 month.
It is known that the Binh Duong - Suoi Tien new city railway line has its starting point at the central station of Binh Duong new city (Binh Duong ward), and its ending point at Suoi Tien Bus Station (Dong Hoa ward).
The main route length is 32.43km, the design speed is 120 km/h. It is expected to have 19 stations and 1 depot in Binh Duong ward. The route will pass through 7 wards including: Binh Duong ward, Phu Loi ward, Thuan Giao ward, An Phu ward, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Di An ward, Dong Hoa ward.
The project has an elevated route from the central station of Binh Duong New City, following Hung Vuong street to the intersection with DX 01 street. Following DX 01 street and My Phuoc - Tan Van street. Expected investment capital from 2.2 - 2.5 billion USD.
