On December 13, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Province Police announced that it had just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained Nguyen An Bao Chinh (born in 2007, residing in Ba Don Ward) for the crime of intentionally causing injury leading to death.
The prosecution is to investigate and clarify the incident of fighting that led to the death of one person at a bid restaurant in the area.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on December 8, a clip appeared on Facebook recording a photo at a bid restaurant, a young man suddenly rushed in to attack another person.
The two, Nguyen An Bao Chinh and P.A.Q (born in 2008, residing in Ba Don ward), then fought right next to the bid table. During the fight, P.A.Q climbed onto the table, fell down, lay motionless and died later.
The People's Committee of Ba Don Ward said that the incident occurred on December 7 at a bid restaurant in the area.
