Recorded in some central areas of Ho Chi Minh City at 7:45 a.m., the temperature ranged from 20-21 degrees Celsius. In some areas on the outskirts of the city and bordering the Southeast, the temperature was still 18-19 degrees Celsius, accompanied by a clear feeling of chills.
Many people go out in the early morning wearing thin jackets, traffic activities take place in lower than normal temperatures.
Ms. Thu Hang (Binh Thanh Ward) shared: "In recent days, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City has been cold, but today it is feeling as cold as it is. As soon as I left the house, the wind was very clear, I had to wear a thin jacket. Going to work but thinking it was in Da Lat".

According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, from November 28 onwards, cold air will have a stronger impact on the weather, causing the temperature at night and early morning to drop, the weather will be cold, and there will be light fog in some places.
Mr. Le Dinh Quyet - Head of Forecasting Department of the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, said that in recent days, Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region have become cold at night and in the morning due to strong cold air diffusing down from the North. The cold air continuously strengthens, causing the temperature to drop significantly.
The lowest temperature in some places is only 18-19°C, in Ho Chi Minh City it is generally 19-20°C; the highest temperature of the day is from 29-31°C. This cold spell is expected to last until at least December 3, then gradually decrease and the weather will return to warm sunshine.
