After receiving the news, the authorities mobilized vehicles and fishermen to search for the victim. However, due to big waves and darkness, the search was difficult.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Sa - Chairman of the People's Committee of Lien Huong Commune (Lam Dong Province) said that since the afternoon of November 27, big waves have hit the sea dyke and houses along the dyke, causing the section passing through village 14 to be flooded more than 1 meter in some places. The locality has mobilized forces to evacuate many households to safe places.
