Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province said that so far in the province, no cases of streamlining staff in violation of procedures or wrong subjects have been detected.
The consideration of personnel streamlining subjects is carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring strictness and accuracy; dossiers go through many rounds and many stages of control, so there are no errors" - said the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province, the implementation of the staff streamlining policy in the area in the past time has been carried out in accordance with the Government's regulations and the guidance of central ministries and branches. The dossiers of each case are reviewed and appraised through many stages before being submitted to competent authorities for approval.
The process of reviewing streamlined subjects is carried out from the grassroots level, then summarized and appraised at specialized agencies before submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision. Cases that are resolved for policies are mainly those subject to early retirement, resignation according to regulations or streamlining due to arrangement and consolidation of the organizational structure.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province, in the period of implementing the policy of streamlining staff according to the Government's regulations, the whole province has implemented streamlining for more than 5,500 officials, civil servants, public employees and laborers, with a total disbursed budget of more than 3,300 billion VND.
Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province added that in the process of implementation, agencies, units, and localities have carefully reviewed dossiers and fully compared conditions and standards according to regulations.
Thanks to the strict implementation of steps from reviewing, listing to appraising dossiers and approving subjects, Nghe An has not yet detected any cases of staff streamlining in violation of regulations.
