On December 31, information from the Management Board of Kim Lien Special National Relic Site (Nghe An) said that the unit has completed the landscape embellishment work, preparing to welcome delegations and tourists to offer incense and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh during the New Year and New Year 2026.
According to the Management Board, the renovation is implemented synchronously before the 2026 year - the year of many important political events such as the 80th anniversary of the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026), the 85th anniversary of Uncle Ho's return to the country (January 28, 1941 - January 28, 2026), the 115th anniversary of Uncle Ho's departure to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911 - June 5, 2026), the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's second visit to his hometown (December 8, 1961 - December 8, 2026), along with activities towards the 14th National Party Congress, election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
Currently, the Relic Site has carried out environmental sanitation, taken care of the green tree system, planted new and supplemented flower carpets, arranged miniatures and Tet spaces in the reception areas, festival yards and entrances to relic sites. A system of banners and visual slogans is installed to create a solemn atmosphere, suitable for the commemorative nature and serving pilgrims and visitors.
Representatives of the Management Board of Kim Lien Relic Site said that 2026 also marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Kim Lien Relic Site (1956 – 2026), so preparation work is particularly focused on, especially activities serving the high-level delegation of the Party, State, socio-political organizations and people across the country to express gratitude and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and his relatives.
In addition to professional work, tour guides, interpreters and the reception department are also arranged to be strengthened to meet the expected increase in the number of visitors during the early spring of 2026. Coordination plans to ensure security and order, parking spots and passenger diversion are prepared.
The completion and embellishment of Kim Lien Relic Area is expected to contribute to improving the quality of service to tourists, spreading the value of Ho Chi Minh City heritage and promoting the image of Nam Dan - Nghe An homeland in the new year.
