In the coastal areas of Ho Chi Minh City, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places. The Northeast wind is generally active at level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7; wave height from 1.5-3.5 m, rough seas. From December 25, the wind is likely to strengthen to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8, the sea will be rough.
