Currently, the accident has been handled by the Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi City Police according to its authority.
Through the above series of traffic accidents, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) recommended planting trees on the highway.
According to the Traffic Police Department, the preliminary cause of the accident stemmed from the drivers not observing, not ensuring speed and keeping a safe distance from the vehicle in front. At the same time, consider whether the tanker truck that waters trees in lane 1 carries out safety warnings in accordance with the provisions of law and the working process on the highway or not.
Regarding planting trees in the median strip of the highway, the Traffic Police Department will make recommendations on not planting trees, only having a light barrier here. For the row of trees in the safety corridor of the highway, it is also recommended to consider planting them at a long distance so as not to affect the safe traffic on the road when there are storms or emergency situations.
