Initial information, at around 9:30 this morning, September 15, a series of traffic accidents occurred on the Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway (section through Ninh Binh province).
At the scene of the collision, a limousine car with license plate 29E-127.XX was overturned and deformed; a pickup truck and a passenger car were under the service road.
The passenger bus was below the service road, people and authorities had to break the front window of the bus to get people out.
Upon receiving the information, the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security) sent officers to the scene, coordinated with functional forces to direct traffic, and clarify the cause of the accident.
