On the morning of July 9, Vinh Hanh Commune Police (An Giang Province) said they were coordinating with functional units to clarify the fire in Vinh Thuan Hamlet.
Previously, on the evening of July 8, Vinh Hanh Commune Police and the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Chau Thanh area (under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police) received a report from people about the fire that was occurring in Vinh Thuan Hamlet.
The Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Chau Thanh area mobilized 2 fire trucks, 1 rescue vehicle, 1 pump truck, 3 pumps and 20 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene, coordinating with Vinh Hanh Commune Police to deploy a plan to control and extinguish the fire.
Approaching the burning house, the force discovered the house door was locked, inside was a boy, so they deployed a plan to break the door to save people and extinguish the fire.
At about 22:50 on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, and the victim was brought out safely.
