Initial information, the fire occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on November 27, at a house on Phan Dinh Phung Street (Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong).

At that time, people in the neighborhood discovered black smoke rising from a house, then the fire broke out continuously, so they shouted and put out the fire; at the same time, reported the incident to the authorities and local authorities.
At the time of the fire, there were 3 people in the house, fortunately all of whom were able to escape safely.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police dispatched 6 specialized fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to coordinate with the local fire fighting force to approach the scene to put out the fire.
After approaching the scene, the forces focused on spraying water to put out the fire to control the fire and prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring houses.

After many efforts, by 14:10 on the same day, the fire was completely controlled by the forces and did not spread to neighboring houses.
According to the leader of Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, the fire caused many properties and contents inside the house to be burned down, fortunately the fire did not cause any human casualties.
