On the morning of December 5, during a patrol to ensure traffic order and safety in the area, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police, led by Captain Tran Doan, discovered a grease stain extending from house number 494 to 450 Xa Dan Street.
At the time of discovery, it was raining, the road surface was slippery, posing a high risk of causing traffic accidents for road users.
As soon as the incident was discovered, the working group quickly coordinated with the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police to deploy safety measures, such as traffic diversion, warning of danger, and coordinating with functional units to handle and clean the road surface.
Thanks to the timeliness of the authorities, the above area has been ensured safety, preventing accidents and traffic congestion.
The Hanoi Traffic Police Department recommends that people who discover similar incidents should immediately report to the police for timely handling, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety in the city.
The authorities are also verifying the cause of the incident.
