Hanoi - Oil splashed onto Xa Dan Street when it was raining, posing a potential risk to traffic safety.

On the morning of December 5, during a patrol to ensure traffic order and safety in the area, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police, led by Captain Tran Doan, discovered a grease stain extending from house number 494 to 450 Xa Dan Street.

At the time of discovery, it was raining, the road surface was slippery, posing a high risk of causing traffic accidents for road users.

As soon as the incident was discovered, the working group quickly coordinated with the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police to deploy safety measures, such as traffic diversion, warning of danger, and coordinating with functional units to handle and clean the road surface.
