Accordingly, the advance budget is taken from the commune budget, with a total amount of 150 million VND to support 150 families (support level of 1 million VND/household) having to relocate in areas at risk of dangerous deep flooding.

The relocation was carried out on the night of November 7 to respond to the risk of Cay An irrigation dam failure.

As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper: Cay An Lake was built and put into use in 2007, with a capacity of about 1.7 million m3 of water.

After storm No. 11 (early October 2025), the left shoulder of the main dam of this lake has local slides with an area of 60m2; forming a crack 8m long, more than 1m deep, more than 20cm wide, with underground water seeping through the foot of the dam.

Other locations of the main dam also experienced water seepage and water leakage into the stream.

Currently, after many efforts, with the participation of hundreds of people from the military, police, militia, etc., the dam body of Cay An irrigation lake has been basically reinforced to stabilize. Thereby, contributing to minimizing the risk of dam failure.
