According to the plan, Area 2 will arrange civil servants and public employees to work at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (old); Area 3 will arrange civil servants and public employees at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dak Nong province (old).
The civil servants and public employees assigned to work here are mainly personnel responsible for receiving and handling administrative procedure records.
Some specialized management areas have many tasks that need to be handled at the grassroots level such as citizen reception, etc. In addition, there are also specific areas such as forest ranging, fire prevention and fighting, quarantine, market management, disaster prevention support, environmental treatment, etc.
The Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the arrangement must be based on the principle of ensuring objectivity, the right subjects and the right quantity. Ensure the maintenance of citizen reception work and facilitate citizens to exercise their right to complain and denounce. In particular, ensure the arrangement according to tasks, not for personal wishes.
Relevant units must review, make a specific list and send it to the Department of Home Affairs before October 8, 2025.
