The congress was attended by 438 delegates representing the will and aspirations of more than 182,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee. These are excellent delegates, representing the intelligence, political courage, fighting spirit and strength of the Party Committee.
At the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the election of the Congress's executive and working agencies. Accordingly, 100% of delegates unanimously elected the Presidium consisting of 22 comrades, the Congress Secretariat of 3 comrades, and the Committee for Inspection of the Representative status of the Congress of 11 comrades. 100% of delegates also voted to approve the working program, rules and regulations of the Congress.
Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Hoan - Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented a report summarizing comments on the draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. Accordingly, the organization of collecting opinions to contribute to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress was implemented seriously, democratically, publicly, attracting the attention and participation of cadres, party members and people.
During the working program, the Congress listened to 8 presentations in many different areas, contributing to clarifying and adding important contents to the draft Documents submitted to the Congress.
The 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, took place over 2 days (October 2-3) at the Provincial Labor Culture House. This is an important political event, an important milestone, marking a new chapter for the development of Hung Yen province with an expanded space, greater potential and advantages. The Congress demonstrates the will and aspiration of cadres, party members and people in the province to strive to build Hung Yen rich, prosperous, civilized and happy.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will review and evaluate the results of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025; set out goals, directions, tasks, solutions, and important decisions in 5 years, 10 years and realize the vision to 2045 to build and develop Hung Yen province more quickly and sustainably, becoming a modern industrial province and a centrally-run city, rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy.
With the results achieved in the past term, cadres, party members and people in the province believe, are excited, and expect the above goal to come true.
