Lam Dong - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to reclaim more than 110 hectares of land from 3 enterprises for violating the Land Law.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has announced the decision to reclaim land in 3 projects due to businesses violating the Land Law.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee reclaimed the land leased to Truong Ky Private Enterprise (Bao Loc City), An Vuong Da Huoai Company and Anh Duc Company Limited.

Enterprises will have 45 days to process assets on the land according to regulations. After this time, if not completed, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee will issue a decision to reclaim the land.

Specifically, reclaiming 93.1 hectares of land in Loc Thanh commune, Bao Lam district that Truong Ky Private Enterprise had leased since 2006. The reason is that this enterprise did not fulfill its financial obligations to the state, violating regulations on land.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also reclaimed 13.32 hectares of land in Loc Tan commune (Bao Lam district), where Anh Duc Company Limited leased it since 2008. The reason why the enterprise did not continue to implement the project was to partially terminate the investment project.

For An Vuong Da Huoai Company, Lam Dong province decided to reclaim 3.5 hectares of land leased in Madagui commune (Da Huoai district) since 2019. Reasons why businesses are not implementing the extension schedule.

In addition to the above enterprises, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision to extend the use period of nearly 56.3 hectares of land for Da Nhim Thuong 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company by 24 months to continue implementing the project.

Currently, Lam Dong province is managing 203 projects with a total area of 18,000 hectares of behind-the-scenes land.
