According to the plan to implement anti-corruption and anti-negativity work in 2025, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directed the Provincial Inspectorate to inspect and urge agencies, localities and units to implement the anti-corruption and anti-negativity plan in 2025.
Inspect the implementation of legal regulations on anti-corruption and negativity. Verify assets and income of at least 10% of individuals in 11 units.
Agencies and units include: Provincial People's Committee Office; Department of Health; Department of Information and Communications; Provincial Inspectorate; Provincial Ethnic Committee; People's Committees of Dam Rong, Bao Lam, Da Huoai districts; Lam Dong Medical College; Da Huoai Forestry One Member Co., Ltd.; Bao Loc Water Supply and Construction Joint Stock Company.
The Provincial Inspectorate is also responsible for guiding, monitoring, and urging non-state organizations and units to implement legal regulations on anti-corruption and negativity.
Monitor and report on the results of gift giving, receiving and returning of gifts by agencies, organizations and units using the State budget and by cadres, civil servants and public employees according to Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP.
Preside over and coordinate with relevant localities and units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the effectiveness of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work in 2025 in the area, and report to the Government Inspectorate according to the provisions of law.
