On the afternoon of August 2, after receiving the report, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters were present at Bao Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center on Phan Dinh Phung Street (Bao Loc Ward 2) to record the incident in which some trees in this Center were cut down.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Bao Loc Ward 2 also directed the authorities to be present to count the number of downed trees and make a record to verify and clarify the incident.
According to records, there are 3 trees here (1 acacia tree, 1 star tree and 1 tamarind tree) that have been cut down and their roots are withered. Right inside the gate, 3 chopped trunks were also gathered in this area. In which, tamarind trees have a trunk diameter of about 0.55 m, cajuput trees have a trunk diameter of about 0.55 m and star trees have a trunk diameter of about 0.25 m.

According to some officials and teachers working here, the trees that were cut down were 25 to 30 years old. These trees are planted to shade and beautify the landscape of the Center.
However, on July 26, during the process of pruning and creating green trees in the campus, the leaders of the Bao Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center cut down the above trees.
Mr. Tran Huy Que, Director of Bao Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, stated: "To prepare for the new school year, the Center has conducted pruning and green trees in the campus.
For the 3 trees that have been cut down, because the branches are rotten and too overgrown with forest, we cut down to create a clear campus. Before sawing the trees, the Center sent a document to Bao Loc Urban Construction Joint Stock Company to coordinate in making a contract to prune the trees".

According to the leader of the People's Committee of Bao Loc Ward 2, currently, the Bao Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center is under the direct management of the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province. Recently, the locality has not received any documents from the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education regarding the permission to cut down trees in the Center's premises.
After receiving the information, the Ward People's Committee directed the authorities to make a record for handling according to regulations.
