On the afternoon of September 3, the authorities under the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department are conducting forensic work to investigate the case of a man who died in an accident between a motorbike and a truck.
The deceased victim was identified as Mr. H.L (born in 1960, from Quang Ngai, working as a walking bread seller).
Initial information, at around 11am today, Mr. L was driving a motorbike selling walking bread on DT 741 from Dong Phu Commune, Dong Nai Province to Phu Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. When the motorbike passed through Phu Giao commune (formerly An Binh commune, Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province), it collided with the rear of a truck parked in the same direction in front.
Discovering the accident, people shouted to each other to support the victims. However, when checking, Mr. L was found dead. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, Ho Chi Minh City Police were present to handle the scene. The victim's body was taken to the hospital for forensic work.
Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to verify and clarify the accident.
