On November 22, Binh Tan District Police (HCMC) said they had invited the couple involved in the incident of kicking a motorbike carrying a man, causing the victim to fall onto the road in Binh Hung Hoa Ward, to come in for questioning.
Through investigation, the suspect was identified as Hoang Minh T. (born in 2005), the girl T. carried in the back of the car was Truong A.Th. (born in 2007), both living in Binh Tan district.
Initially, T. stated that because the two vehicles almost collided, he got angry and kicked the motorbike of the freight carrier, causing the victim to fall. Currently, Binh Tan District Police are taking the suspect's statement to continue investigating and clarifying the matter.
Previously, a clip was circulated on social media recording a scene where a man carrying goods was driving on the road when suddenly a young man carrying a girl kicked the victim, causing him to fall to the road. After that, the young man carrying the girl ran away.
Discovering the incident, many vehicles behind quickly braked to avoid collision.
Through investigation, the incident occurred on the afternoon of November 20, on Huong Lo 3 Street, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
