By the early morning of November 16, the Investigation Police Agency of La Gi Town Police, Binh Thuan had completed the scene investigation and requested an autopsy in the fatal accident that occurred in the area.
The accident occurred on Ly Thai To Street in Tan Tien Ward, La Gi Town, Binh Thuan. At that time, a car with license plate 86C - 133.17 was traveling on the road when it collided with a motorbike with license plate 86C1 - 323.72 driven by Mr. N.N.B (born in 1993).
The collision threw the person and the motorbike far away and onto the road. Mr. B was taken to the emergency room, but died on arrival at the hospital. At the scene, the rear of the motorbike and the front of the car were broken. The two vehicles were far apart.
