Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just decided to allocate additional state budget expenditure estimates for 2026 for 26 communes, with a total budget of 20 billion VND to support agricultural production and restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters in 2025.
According to the Decision, some localities receiving the highest funding are Huu Lien commune 2.642 billion VND, Thien Thuat commune 2.55 billion VND, Bang Mac commune 1.72 billion VND, Na Sam commune 1.69 billion VND, Quoc Khanh commune 1.178 billion VND and Van Quan commune 1.086 billion VND. Quy Hoa commune is also allocated 1.08 billion VND.
Many other localities were allocated support levels from several hundred million VND to less than 1 billion VND such as Ba Son 975 million VND, Na Duong 910 million VND, Thien Long 778 million VND, Bac Son 760 million VND, Thuy Hung 615 million VND, Yen Phuc 551 million VND, Mau Son 486 million VND, Nhan Ly 420 million VND and Van Lang 415 million VND.
The Provincial People's Committee requests communes to be supplemented with estimates to manage and use funds for the right purpose, for the right subjects, publicly and transparently, and not to let losses, waste, or negativity occur.
Localities are also responsible for summarizing and reporting the results of using funds to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Finance according to regulations.
According to the assignment, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will preside over and guide communes to implement agricultural production support and restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters.
The Department of Finance is responsible for inspecting the management and use of funds of supplemented agencies and units.
