Information from Lang Son Provincial People's Committee said that the unit has just approved the allocation of more than 86.3 billion VND from the budget to support 47 rural road projects to be implemented in 2026.
Accordingly, funding is allocated for projects under the Rural Transport Development Project of Lang Son province for the period 2026-2030.
The capital source is allocated from the state budget estimate for 2026, along with other legal spending sources of the province.
The main routes chosen are inter-village roads, inter-commune roads, roads to residential areas, serving travel and infrastructure connection in rural areas.
Some localities are allocated high levels of capital, including Tan Tri commune with more than 4.02 billion VND for the Suoi Tin - Binh An route; Tan Tien commune with more than 3.32 billion VND for Na Chao road; Tuan Son commune with more than 3.23 billion VND for commune village road - Ben Luong; Hoa Tham commune with more than 3.19 billion VND for the road to Hin Deng residential area.
Many other communes such as Doan Ket, Quoc Viet, Na Sam, Khuat Xa, Loi Bac, Na Duong, Thong Nhat, Xuan Duong also received support from 2.7 to nearly 3 billion VND per project.
According to the decision, the People's Committees of communes must balance additional commune-level budgets, mobilize socialized sources and directly organize construction works according to regulations. The Department of Construction is assigned to monitor, inspect, and urge the implementation process.
The allocation of capital for 47 projects right in the first year of project implementation is expected to contribute to improving rural transport infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for travel, transportation of goods and socio-economic development in mountainous areas of the province.
