Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just approved the list of 153 non-specialized workers at the commune and ward levels who resigned according to Decree 154/2025 of the Government.
Accordingly, 153 cases under the People's Committees of communes and wards were resolved to quit their jobs under the payroll streamlining program.
These cases are distributed in 40 administrative units at commune and ward levels after arrangement and merger. Among them are many localities such as Doan Ket, Quoc Khanh, Tan Tien, Binh Gia, Bac Son, Van Lang, Loc Binh, Mau Son, Thong Nhat, along with Luong Van Tri, Ky Lua, Dong Kinh wards...
The resignation positions include deputy head of the commune-level military command, deputy chairman of the farmers' association, women's association, veterans' association, Fatherland Front committee, deputy secretary of the youth union, Party committee office, veterinary staff, agricultural extension staff, chairman of the elderly association, chairman of the Red Cross association.
The retirement period for the cases approved is from July 2025 to May 2026, depending on each locality and each title.
Many cases focus on the milestones April 1, 2026 and May 1, 2026.
According to the decision, after the list is approved, the chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for completing procedures to resolve regimes and policies for subjects under their management authority.
The provincial appraisal council is responsible before the law and before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the accuracy of the subjects, conditions, and standards to enjoy the regime.
