Lang Son is also advising the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to issue a resolution on improving the investment and business environment and enhancing competitiveness in the 2026-2030 period.
At the same time, the province is developing a plan to implement Resolution 79 of the Politburo on state economic development, creating more basis for perfecting the economic development policy system in the new period.
